What to include.

  • The page URL and certification code.
  • The question revision ID or attempt context if the interface shows it.
  • The answer, explanation, or wording you are disputing.
  • Why it appears incorrect, ambiguous, or out of date.
  • A current public source, preferably Microsoft Learn, when available.

What happens after a report.

We review every report before changing a published question or explanation.

IdentifyMatch the report to the exact page, question, revision, and source context.1
ReviewRecheck the supported outcome, wording, distractors, explanation, and current public guidance.2
ResolveIf the report is correct, we publish an updated version without rewriting earlier attempts. If no change is needed, we record why.3
